Reiki Level 1: First Degree
Reiki training Level 1 is where everyone begins, even those on a professional path. An important foundational course on many levels, it introduces and opens you to Universal life force energy. During this day-long virtual immersion course, you will learn techniques to connect with Reiki. If your journey includes an authentic desire to feel greater inner balance, vitality, and harmony using Reiki as a tool, you are in the right place. Your Reiki practice at this level is primarily for you and your loved ones – children, pets, plants, and gardens included!
Who is it for?
● Anyone that would like to start using reiki energy healing to treat themselves, pets and loved ones.
● Reiki level 1 is not practitioner level, you would need to complete level 2 if you intend to use reiki professionally, but this unlocks your innate ability to heal yourself, friends and family and can also be used to treat personal and global situations.

With Reiki Level 2, you learn to offer distant, non-touch Reiki treatments, as well as specific techniques to enhance your hands-on Reiki healing sessions with others. You will also learn tools to take your personal Reiki practice much deeper. Level 2 practitioners are often recognized as Reiki professionals and may charge for their services in many areas, depending upon licensing requirements.
Who it’s for?
● For persons certified and attuned to Usui Reiki First Degree wishing to deepen their practice or become a Professional Reiki Practitioner.
● With Reiki 2 you receive additional tools - the Reiki Symbols and attunement ceremony.
● These three symbols and their sacred mantras represent certain metaphysical energies and enhance your practice, making Reiki even more effective.

She is the loving mother of two young sweet and silly children, a passionate adventurer of inner transformation and outer world traveling, and a creative dancer in magic and self-expression.
She lives by the beach on the Pacific Coast of Costa Rica, and frequently visits her family in Southern California. Her heart expands with joy when she is ecstatic dancing, singing sacred songs, and watching sunsets on the beach
